What is the turnaround time for my files?

Our standard Matterport 3D tours are delivered within 24 hours. HDR interior photography packages are processed even faster. E57 point clouds, schematic floor plans, and custom BIM files are typically processed and sent within 48 hours of scan completion.

How long does a scanning session take?

For a standard 2,000 square foot residential property, scanning takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours using the high-speed Matterport Pro3 camera. Commercial spaces can take slightly longer depending on the layout complexity, number of rooms, and public foot traffic.

How does Matterport hosting work?

Matterport 3D models require cloud hosting on the Matterport Cloud system to load and display interactively. Every package we book includes 1 year of cloud hosting for free. If you need it hosted longer (e.g. for long-term construction documentation or permanent business listings), you can extend hosting with us for $60 per year, or we can transfer the model directly to your own Matterport account.
